The Meadow House, while it may be the smaller of our two NESTS, many consider it as one of the favorite areas at The Astin. This tranquil spot has been used for intimate seated dinners and as overflow use of the adjoining grounds..
People often comment on its surprising secludedness, saying “I didn’t know this was here!”.
The Meadow House even has its own Horse Shoe pit and out door game area, making it a favorite spot for the groomsmen to hang in outside! Both hidden and intimate, MEADOW HOUSE GROUNDS are a perfect place for a private first look between bride and groom. It’s also an area where wedding parties often get some of their best photos.
With wood beam accents, exposed Carmel Stone exterior walls and ample seating around the four stone fireplaces, the MEADOW HOUSE GROUNDS are the perfect spot for intimate gatherings, intimate alfresco dinning and for bridal party members photos.
With go karts, a dart board, a poker table, flat screen, built in BBQ, bar and horseshoes your group will love kicking back in the Great Room here at the MEADOW HOUSE GROUNDS.
Over looking The Meadow, on a serene knoll surrounded by ancient oaks is our Meadow House. This is such a charming home. It is a perfect spot to relax and enjoy a competitive game of Horse Shoes. We have Corn Hole, Bocce Ball and Board Games too.
THE MEADOW HOUSE adjoins our private five acre meadow which is a perfect location for larger tented festivities too.
MEADOW HOUSE
A charming stone farm home with two bedrooms, and third bedroom / office and two and a half baths. This home is nestled on a hill, overlooking a seasonal creek, surrounded by gardens overlooking the Meadow, in a breathtaking private park-like setting.
PRICING
$500/day (3 night minimum). Plus a $500 Cleaning fee and a refundable Deposit of $1000. Contact us for monthly and weekly rentals.
