DeLorean Historic Adobe Hacienda – Wedding Venue – Private Estate
The Astin Retreat is a serene new retreat and is one of Southern California’s best kept secrets!
Along with reserving the main DeLorean Historic Adobe Hacienda, for venue rentals we have a supplemental guest fee of $50 per person for any guests not staying the weekend but who are attend events here. This covers the use, cleaning and maintenance of your event.
We need every guests name in advance for security at the front gate in order for them to enter the private Pauma Valley Country Club grounds. Each guest must be on the guest list submitted in advance.
Amplified music is monitored closely as we are in a pristine nature preserve surrounded by hundreds acres of orchards. We do our best to maintain peace and quiet in our sacred little valley. The grounds are exquisite and very private for your use.
All events are catered by the Pauma Valley Country Club catering as they have the exclusive liquor license and catering contracts to manage our site. A wedding planner is available to help you at no additional fee and an event manager and security is provided at all times during your event.
The venue owner is an award winning wedding planner and Designer who has been producing extraordinary events and weddings for over forty years. She is happy and available to answer any questions you have and help you book your vendors as well help you bring your vision for your special day to life!
Please know The Astin Retreat not suitable for DIY wedding or events. This venue is ideal for stylish intimate events with creativity and Southern hospitality!

There is a three night minimum to reserve the Historic DeLorean Adobe Hacienda. The three night minimum is booked through Airbnb. Events here are best suited for complete weekends enjoyed with family and close friends. Thursday welcome party, Friday Rehearsal Dinner, Saturday Wedding and Sunday Farewell Brunch.
The Country Club also has twenty three guest casitas which can be booked along with the main home, should you are interested. Having all your guests near by in the club casitas is so special. Harrahs’s Resort, Spa and Casino is ten minutes away for any guests who prefer to stay there too. Should you desire it, we can arrange golf and tennis at the club, as well we have a private driver for day trips to wine tasting or up to Palomar Mountain to the Observatory! We also have a price air port and can make arrangements to fly you in and out for your stay with us.
